Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Inseam's Intelligent Product OS service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Inseam is a product tracking platform that allows you to:
- Upload and manage product tracking spreadsheets
- Connect your Gmail account to monitor product-related emails
- Receive AI-powered suggestions for tracker updates based on email content
- Track changes and history of your product data
- Export and download your tracker data
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
You must authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0 to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account (email, name, brand name, position).
4. Gmail Integration
4.1 Permissions
By connecting your Gmail account, you grant Inseam read-only access to your emails for the purpose of identifying product-related updates. We use Google Cloud Pub/Sub to receive real-time notifications when new emails arrive.
4.2 What We Don't Do
Inseam does NOT:
- Send emails on your behalf
- Delete or modify your emails
- Access emails unrelated to product tracking
- Share your email content with third parties for advertising
4.3 Revocation
You can revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account settings or by disconnecting within the Service.
5. Data Upload and Ownership
5.1 Supported Formats
You may upload spreadsheets in .xlsx, .xls, or .csv formats.
5.2 Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service. Inseam claims no intellectual property rights over your content.
5.3 License to Inseam
You grant Inseam a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI analysis, storage, display).
6. AI-Powered Features
6.1 Third-Party AI
Inseam uses third-party AI services (including OpenAI) to analyze email content and suggest tracker updates. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
6.2 Accuracy
AI-generated suggestions are provided for your review and are not automatically applied without your knowledge. Inseam does not guarantee the accuracy of AI suggestions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service's operation
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to your uploaded data and tracker configurations.
8.2 Inseam's IP
Inseam owns all rights to the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and logos. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inseam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Inseam in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
10.2 By Inseam
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your account data and Gmail access tokens will be deleted. You may export your tracker data before termination.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Inseam harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
